গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকার ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ রূপায়নের উদ্দেশ্যে প্রতিটি ইউনিয়নের জন্য ওয়েব পোর্টাল চালু করেছে। যার কল্যাণে দেশে ও দেশের বাইরের সকল অনলাইন ব্যবহারকারীরা এসব পোর্টাল হতে বিভিন্ন সেবা পাচ্ছে। তা  হচ্ছে- পর্যটন   বা ভ্রমণ স্থান সম্পর্কে বর্ণনা, স্থানগুলোতে যাতায়াতের বর্ণনা, স্থানীয় ও উপজেলা প্রশাসনের সাথে যোগাযোগের তথ্য, ভাষা ও সংস্কৃতী, খেলাধূলা ও বিনোদন, নদ-নদী, হাট বাজার, ব্যবসা বাণিজ্য, হোটেল ও আবাসন এ ছাড়া আরও অনেক তথ্য এ পোর্টালগুলোতে রয়েছে। এসব লিংগুলো parjatanbd.com পোর্টালে উপস্থাপন করার উদ্দেশ্য হলো যাতে করে পর্যটক বা ভ্রমণকারী এখান থেকে অতি সহজে তাদের পর্যটন বা ভ্রমণ স্থান সম্পর্কে অবহিত হয়ে তাদের ভ্রমণকে আরও সফল করতে পারেন।
