৫০ বিঘা জমির ওপর সাজানো সবুজ বাগানে আশ্চর্য সুন্দর এক স্পট। ময়মনসিংহের ভালুকার জামুরদিয়া মাস্টার বাড়িতে এর অবস্থান। মাওনা চৌরাস্তা থেকে দূরত্ব ৮ কি. মি.। নানান প্রজাতির বৃক্ষের সমাহারে সাজানো হয়েছে তেপান্তরের অভ্যন্তর। গাছে গাছে পাখ পাখপাখালির ওড়াওড়ি। আছে বিশাল শালবন, বর্নিল ফুলের বাগান। তেপান্তরে আছে একটি মিনি চিড়িয়াখানা। এখানে আছে হরিণ, বানরসহ নানান প্রাণী। আছে অনিন্দ্য সুন্দর একটি ঝরনাও।
