Although it belongs to Bilaichhari upazila, it is very difficult to communicate here through Bilaichhari-Farua. No one has the option to walk even if they want to. It takes about 7 days to go from Bilaichhari to Barathali. So the people here come and go here through Ruma upazila of Bandarban district.
